Try and complete all the exercises in the e-book by Week 5 because at that point in time we are planning to send you the amazing and powerful Interactive Electtronic Workbook software. By that time we expect you will be ready to make full use of it. Is this fun? Do not be too hard on yourself with doing all the exercises. What is most important is that you move along at a pace that feels comfortable to you. If it seems like too much then slow down and you can just put the other items that come in the next weeks aside until you are ready to use them. This is for you.
